At Crates & Boxes, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or EFT, as agreed.
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched or prepared for collection. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations of custom/branded orders may not be possible once production has begun.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Where applicable, statutory rights under the CPA take precedence.
